How it began

Every family has a story. Ours has a little spice.

When it came time to name our salsa, we kept coming back to the two people who mean the most to us: our children, Maverick and Isla. The M in Maverick and the I in Isla came together to create MI Salsa—a little piece of each of them in something we’re proud to share.

“Mi” also means “my” in Spanish, giving the name another meaning that feels right at home. To us, my salsa is personal. It’s the bowl you put in the middle of the table, the reason someone reaches for one more chip, and the conversations that keep going long after the meal is done.

MI Salsa carries our children’s names and our hope that something made with love can bring people together. From our family to yours, we’re glad there’s a place for it at your table.
